Down 2 pounds! I cut out Atkins bars this week and cut way down on cheese. Feeling good! I just have to stay focused this weekend. The problem with the weekends is not so much what I eat its that I never drink enough water and tend to indulge in libations on Saturday night. I'm going to cut out the wine this weekend and see if that will change anything. But oh how I love my wine on Saturdays!
