horor bgt squat tiap hari 😁 kasih jeda istirahat lah.. inti squat jg makin berat yg diangkat malah makin baik. klo banyak repetisi otot jg sulit kebentuk

Sayaa ngelakuin squat sebanyak itu juga banyak variasinya kok ga cuma sekedar jongkok bangun, karna banyk sekali ada variasi squat.

Iya squat memang banyak variasi tp alangkah baiknya beri istirahat 1-2 hari.. untuk gainz latihan squat 2-3 gerakan jg bisa buat berkembang dengan 1-5power 6-12hyper atau 12-20 untuk endurance.
