Even with the parents and Mothers Day, I still lost a pound!

Started my Supreme 90 Day Workout this Monday, May 14th! Let's see how it goes!!!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
