Took Mou for a walk. Had a pretty good diet day yesterday. Salad for lunch, half a caramel frappucino for snack, peanut butter and banana on a tortilla for dinner. Woke up to weigh myself this morning and I'm 1.4 pounds down from last weigh-in.
I'm not really following anything to the tea, but eating a breakfast helps SO much. Also, taking lunch to work.
