I'm just feeling off this week. I'm not loosing any weight and just feeling down. I will keep it up but the weight is coming off so slowly! Ugh. Last time I did Adkins in 2004 I dropped down so fast... started in February and by August I was skinny. Doesn't look like that is going to be the case this time. I guess your metabolism changes with age. I'm sticking to this... Even though I'm not seeing a change in the scale I still feel much better, physically and emotionally buy eating this way, I know in the end this WOE will pay off. Just need to think positive!!

Keep positive! You can do this and even if it takes longer it will just give you more time to get used to the new WOE. My scale seems to be really crawling but my inches are different! Have you tried taking measurements they may be more inspirational for you it is for me. Just a thought. Keep it up you CAN do this!!!!
