I'm just feeling off this week. I'm not loosing any weight and just feeling down. I will keep it up but the weight is coming off so slowly! Ugh. Last time I did Adkins in 2004 I dropped down so fast... started in February and by August I was skinny. Doesn't look like that is going to be the case this time. I guess your metabolism changes with age. I'm sticking to this... Even though I'm not seeing a change in the scale I still feel much better, physically and emotionally buy eating this way, I know in the end this WOE will pay off. Just need to think positive!!
