Well after a very hard weekend I am back to work which makes it alot easier to stick to my plans. As I noted the other day I am up to 254 again. I have a feeling a lot of it will come off when I start drinking more water to flush. I ate a lot of bad crap over the weekend and didn't log anything. I was just too frustrated with the situation. but I did try to be mindful of my portions and to stop eating when full. Gym today! Can't wait!
