Unofficial weigh in this morning...158.1 lbs, that's a new low! Hopefully I can keep the progress up, though I know calorie control is still something I very much suck at. I know various tricks about keeping to portion control, I just don't know why I don't use them. Laziness? Oh well. I am proud of myself for last week because I worked out twice, one time actually jogging a full mile at 5mph (I haven't run a mile prior to that since middle school!), also, after my therapy session on Friday, I walked 3.5 miles to my husband's office and made it in an hour and 10 minutes. I know that averages out to about 3mph, but there were several stop lights that I had to wait for, so that makes me feel pleased to know that my actual speed should be somewhat faster than that. I don't know what this week will look like because I have to juggle dinner prep time with night driving practice. Oh, I am so excited to know that it's a very real possibility that I could drive by myself before the end of the year! Woot! :-D
