thanks all! :) Just a blueberry waffle, mixed frozen fruit I thawed (70 cal 1 cup) and a 1/8 cup syrup. I measure everything....lovin' it!

Ohhhh, don't forget my coffee, ha ha! I use 1 tbsp. of Vanilla creamer in it. I love this app and the people on it. Been great watching you all and sharing with you and seeing your posts! We can all do it together!

It was actually regular syrup @MGNLZ I just used 1 tablespoon and I measure everything. You can truly eat anything if you keep track! I just pick my calories more wisely than before. ;)
