So, I have been really ill for a couple of years and have not been doing exercise other than going for the odd small walk. My diet is reasonably healthy and I have been eating whatever I want.

I need to tone up but overall I think that my weight is being kept off well, I'm wondering if this is due to illness or whether my body is just much happier.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry to hear you’ve not been well. You’ve done a good job with your weight though. Why not do some searches on YouTube for easy, toning exercises and pick some that you fancy then see if you can keep at them? Worth a try, after all! Take care
