Last few days have been a mess. A lot of factors against me...got take out the other day because I needed to go grocery shopping...tight budget for groceries this week and my hubby had oral surgery so limited on what to buy for groceries. Haven't got to the gym last few days....2 lbs up today. Need to drink water to flush my system cuz not really going over rdi enought to explain gain...staying the same maybe but not gain. SO...time to buckle down before the whole thing goes out the window as in the past. starting with a nice glass of cold water...
