I did pretty well today, I didn't get tremendously hungry mid-day. I'm starting to realize this is the right amount of food for me. My energy level has increased, I feel great. It feels good to not eat out of boredom. It feels just plain good not being held down by food.

I tried so many diets prior to this one ( Weight Watchers ) the only other diet I really had success with was Body For Life. I gained all the weight back from that diet of course. I have never really been as happy on any other diet. I am finally learning how to eat.
