Epsom salts and Mag oils are self care I didn't know I needed until Keto. Good enough...to mark it on a calendar. At least 2x a month and daily vitamins. Chased all those "Charlie horses" away! ;>)

I take a lot of magnesium supplement, Draglist has a good idea there, I must look into it.

I quit taking supplements for all the carbs in them! I eat salmon once a week, and eggs daily to get the magnesium I need, but I may return to taking a good Ca-Mg-Zn and Vitamin C, because low-carb food doesn't always have them.

Thank you Judy :) I did order some mag oil and some emergen c lite. I was taking a mag-potas-cal sup but I get enough potas and it was not agreeing with me lol to put it delicately

Magnesium is best when absorbed transdermally (through the skin) since it bypasses the digestive tract and doesn’t cause as much of a laxative effect. Good article here:
