There is no reason why you can't drink water with lemon throughout the day. They just recommend it as one of the better things to drink first thing in the morning. I got a water filter, just couldn't drink that tap water, it had a weird taste. I also try to drink a lot when I take my supplements that really helps with my overall total. You could also infuse tea or fruit in your water.

I find the bottled water is quick and easy, I can drink it warm it helps when there’s the measured bottle, drink 4 and I’ve hit half my weight.

You can put lemon in your water anytime, it's just considered particularly beneficial to drink warm water with lemon in the morning because it flushes out the digestive tract and rehydrated the body. I drink lots of water. I personally like it plain, but also do lemon water, mint and cucumber water and I sometimes have it with a splash of cranberry juice. Hope this helps.

I don't drink water and struggle really hard to even drink a glass a day, but I did find something called real lime in the store which was in little packages and i'd put one in a bottle of water, it really helped. However, I haven't been able to find it anymore :(

Amazon offers a product called, Flavor Essence, unsweetned natural flavorings. 17 types of flavors are offered.You only need a drop or 2 for a bottle of water and you can custom mix flavors. I LOVE dark chocolate and black cherry in my afternon coffee. It feel so decadent.

Lemon, lime, orange, and cucumber slices are my favorites. Flavored seltzer water is another way when I get really bored.
