i wish i didn't feel guilty about eating. although i had subway, which is probably the healthiest of food i have had in awhile. i just i should not be eating until i get to my goal weight and get rid of this belly and hips. i wish there was not so much fatty foods out there that taste so good and is priced better then the healthy foods. but i will get down to 150, hopefully next week when i am to finish insanity. then set my next weight loss goal.
