so far so good...gained 1.5 lbs for our Christmas Dinner (my wife and I celebrated a "Queen's Christmas"...lol..) but lost it and a little more while eating two big bowls of veggie/cornchowder and a nice bowl of oatmeal with apples, snacked on almond butter and melon..all within my daily point value...going to clear the refrigerator of meat..already gave away all the cookies and try to follow FOK/STARCH
