Well that's two days in a row of coming in under my RDI...good start, just have to keep it going...Saturday will be bad though...birthday party to go to...and there will be beverages there, maybe I'll go with mixed drinks and diet mix...because not drinking isn't an option? good thing I have my priorities straight...

Work is still ticking me off, but I can see some light at the end of the tunnel...I just hope it isn't a train!

I didn't get any exercise in tonight, but I spent the night working on my motorcycle...all the parts are in, so I epoxied and painted all the broken & scratched bits tonight...tomorrow is assembly night! I should be riding by Friday (maybe)...
