Whatever evil thing was making me feel horrible in October and November is back. Not terribly hungry, not terribly into fats or meat so eating pretty much what I want to. Have not gained weight. Am not recording foods eaten, though that might prove interesting. Have developed a strong craving for sprouted wheat and rye breads, lots of fiber. Just want everyone who reads my posts to know I have not given up just listening to my body at present.
