Got a wee blender as I love smoothies but I'm intolerant to apple, banana and dairy which at least one of the three always seem to be present in shop bought smoothies :( was wondering if anyone had their own tasty, nutritious recipes they could share?

You can use coconut water, silken tofu and any fruit you like. This will make a nice creamy smoothie. Make sure you buy the silken tofu though not the firm type. You can also buy some nice soya yogurts. If you're avoiding soy, the smoothie will still taste nice with just the coconut water and fruit, or how about nut milks or rice milk, etc?
