Oopsie - weight went up due to a cider and a packet of chips , ok shared a big party packet with the hubby. Activities this past weekend - only 5km park run , came 31st but second lady to finish wind was very bad.
Need to run this week and slot in some cycling , have a very busy upcoming weekend and party week. Hope to get under 60kgs this week.
