aku kalo lg ngejalanin diet masalah BAB aman, kadang 1 hari sekali, kadang 2 hari sekali. cuma konsistensinya aja yang beda, lebih cair atau lembek (maaf). kenapa yah? mungkin ada yg sama? atau cuma saya aja 😓
