I am determined yet again to drop this 10 pounds, after I gained the whole 3 pounds I lost back in one f'ing weekend! I did not scale today, yesterday had no energy, craved paleo pancakes...ATE EM! The whole batch...I couldn't bare to step on the scale and own that today. But I will tomorrow. Here we go again, I feel so stupid...I really do.
