It was Transfer Student day at UCD, so I had to work it all day. I could only eat what was offered, but El Pollo Loco isn't too bad, I suppose. Wish my breakfast had been better than a sweet danish, but oh well. A little one won't kill me. I did get some great exercise herding charter busses at the crowded bus stop, and also squeezed in a tour. Not to mention all the running around trying to make sure people were fed and happy. So, I'm sure whatever I eat for dinner tonight will be just fine.

You're doing great. My weight chart envies your weight chart. I don't think one danish will kill you.

Ty. It's nice to be on a diet that I can actually stick to without starving or having no candy! Ha.

PS...I way over estimated the danish, it was one of those svenhard (or whatever) baby ones, and was only 90 calories compared to the 250 I assumed.
