Last week I joined weight watchers for the first time in 15 years. 15 years ago I was about 11 stone so actually didn't need to lose any weight but I went anyway and guess what... I didn't lose any weight. The numbers were so low I was literally starving.
So I have decided after losing 2 1/2 stone myself a couple of years ago I would give it another go. I have been maintaining for the last two years and actually only managed to put on half a stone so not bad. At least I know I can maintain!
So I started the diet today after registering and getting weighed. I am going to try and get down to 12 stone and I will be happy with that completely. If I go any lower I will be able to hide behind the thinnest of tree's.
What I have noticed since losing the weight and I am not sure if this is age related but the half stone I put back on seems to have gone to one place only... my stomach. I can't seem to budge it but hopefully this will be just what I need. Once I have completed my quest and reached my target I hope to have years of free membership and weigh ins!!
