Not doing to good today, and im not sure why i cant pull it together. I have a great attitude in the morning like im going to stay within my points, but by midday ive blown it. I have maybe 2 on program days a week, and i dont know how to get back on track.

A day at a time, even an hour at a time. I have those days too where I just want say fagettaboutit, but the only person I'm letting down is myself as I'm the only who can control this. I watched the biggest loser australia last weekend and it really inspired me. If those people can do it, so can we!! :) I've been breaking up my exercise into morning and evening routines and that's helped too. I know you'll get back on track, cause you want this! :) ((hugs))

You can do this! I always have such a great attitude when I first get up and then by days end the stress of it makes me want to eat. We can do this. Just take it one day at a time. I have been getting my food together the night before so that I know how many points I am going to eat during my day so I can decide on dinner. Has been working so far. You will get back on track! Keep it up because you know you really want to do this!
