i hardly had any gym time last week - something im dedicated to punishing myself for this week. its not like i did NOTHING... managed to boogie and sweat my way through an entire housecleaning session (thankyou mr ipod!) and chased the horses around the paddock again...so the weekend wasnt a total write off. im starting to get compliments on how i look... and im more firmly convinced than ever that the scales are lying to me.. apparently i look like ive lost HEAPS of weight? uh, no. not heaps. but....eh. its headed in the right direction, and thats all that matters to me.
