Egg fast day 1 = completed. It wasn't so difficult, mainly because I forced hubby to cook his own food, otherwise I will not be able to stay on track.

4 x 10 Bench press (7.5 kg dumbbell on each arm, w/ a 3" tempo downwards)
Super set with 4 x 10 per arm Gorilla rows
METCON: (Tabata)
5 Rounds:
40 sec wall balls, 20 sec rest 40 sec rowing, 20 sec rest 40 sec sledgies, 20 sec rest
We've decided to change our Monday cross fit to another day, because 4/5 times we did not get up on a Monday!
