Ok I am up 1/2 a pound...........not bad considering the 4th of July being in there. I didn't do too bad, but had 2 days of just eating a bit to much and a few beverages that I KNOW I shouldn't have. I am hoping that I may have some water gain just from that! ahhah Well, I am still disapointed, I really wanted to see in the 150's again this week! Hopefully next week......I am going to try my hardest this week and maybe next friday it will happen! If not I'll just keep on trying! :0)
