very hard to concentrate at the moment - with all of the budget cuts and what is going on in Fed gov. - But I know that my source is Him that delivers me so let me concentrate on this.

74.6 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg. Still to go: 13.3 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
