Just went to Zumba and seeing myself in the mirror I was like ‘what have I let happen to myself’? Here’s another issue. I am now starving and my stomach is growling, but it’s bed time. Sad. I ate a tonne of spaghetti for dinner and don’t think I should feel this hungry. Frustrated.
