Anything you get serious about has got to yield results. Yesterday I was able to get my calorie intake down to 457 cal with 3 meals, so of course I woke up to a flat and couldn't go to the gym. But I am determined that this time the weight will come off and everytime I plateau I will change up the diet. The flip side is if I lose another 5 lbs I won't be eligible for the sleeve , but if I can lose the weight without it who cares. Weight loss is about what you put in your mouth.
