Took a total wrong turn last week...other half was on vacation and so my mind was out to lunch all week, like a free for all buffet! I'm re-programming today with re-reading "The Obesity Code" and "The Fast Diet"...but the way I am feeling this morning is proof enough that eating sugar, chips, and junk is not the way to eat if you want to get healthy...have slept very poorly, knee joints ache as I groan up the stairs, and my stomach has enough acid to start a car...thank you for listening....Have a great week everyone....
