Ok, I realize the weekends are hard for me. The kids are home, my husband is home and it throws my whole routine off. I notice I do not go to the gym on off days and I have a hard time sticking to the diet on the off days. But I need to add that my son said I seem more alive than I have been in a long time. lol. Well that means I want to get up and do something, I have more energy. Even if I can't see it, I am pleased that other people can.
