Losing focus. A totally crap day yesterday had me not eating properly and hitting the Cabernet Sauvignon hard. 1/3 of a bottle. On top of ginger wine. Waaaaay too many alcohol killers. Still, not too bad over the mark, luckily.
Here is hoping for a better few days. Maye the last couple of days of mega kcals will shuffle me off the plateau, hopefully downwards. What? It can happen... ;)
