Wow! Have I really not recorded any comments since July?! Nothing like 5 days of camping in the foodie paradise that is Door County to get me wanting to get back on track Tuesday was 22 net carbs and I didn't get much sleep as my body started shedding the water weight I gained with fried walleye, ice cream sundaes, beer-beer-beer, and whatever else someone was passing around. Have a curious influx of willpower now. Hope it lasts.
