My birthday request.
Yep, it's true, today is my birthday. And I have a birthday request for each of you. I want a little extra workout today or tomorrow, just for me. It doesn't have to be much. For example, I normally do 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper. Today I did 50 minutes. If you usually do 3 sets of a particular weight, do an extra set for me. Then tell me about it in your comments to my journal. Sure it's hooky, stupid, silly, etcetera, but what the hell? It's good for you! PLUS, I'm thinking that with all this extra calorie burning, in a kind of "karma-esque" way, it will make up for all the German Chocolate Cake and wine I'm going to consume tonight!
