Just sticking to porridge and berries for breakfast and a ham salad for lunch - dinner a little more tricky - but must be doing something right - this is my lowest weight for about 10 years!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
