Day 4 and I thought it time I did a record.

Have been solid throughout and will weigh myself at end of detox which will be such a thrill. My family has been so very patient with me...even the kids so I am very lucky. All the support is helping me stay on track and not cheat. I miss so many foods I used to eat but I keep tellin myself that my food choices will expand as I progress. Biggest weakness has been finding time for exercise and don't really have a good plan for this but will sit down and work through it better.

Perhaps while you're watching tv try to do some squats, crunches, leg lifts, as many push ups as possible, or just move around for an entire full 30 min. episode so your blood gets pumping.
