I don't really feel good today. I feel lonely and blah. I know it's my fault. I need to try to change things so that I get more social interaction. I didn't see anyone other than my parents over the weekend. That is pretty pathetic. I need to try and sleep longer in the morning and go to bed later so that I can be on a schedule closer to normal people. It's just so hard because when I wake up, I'm ready to get up! My plan for tomorrow:

Do not get out of bed until 2:15. EASY swim in the morning and nothing in the afternoon other than walking if it's not raining. Tomorrow is a definite recovery day. No sprints in the pool. Easy strokes for everything.
