masa plateu itu namanya setelah turun bb banyak tubuh kita juga butuh istirahat karna bb dah turun banyak udah mendekati ideal jadi gitu susah turunnya tapi yang penting pertahanin aja terus jalani diet biar bisa turun lagi bb nya, semangat ☺
