Todays exercise Yoga: 1 hour
Yesterday was a rough day and I almost did not work out. I had some family issues from my parents to deal with, Joe got hit on the back of the car on the hwy ( he was fine ), and he had to take the kids back to their dads and even though he knew what happened and we would be leaving really late he decided to wait and still meet half way instead of starting to drive and make up time. So Joe got home around 9:30 in the evening. I did manage to start my workout around 8 last night and felt much better after I did. I ended up doing the treadmill for 20 min, weights for 15 min, and yoga for 20 min. Today I am very sore but it is worth it. Wish me luck today, we have to go to my parents house and I just pray I can keep it together. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
