I know I'm maintaining/losing a little weight but it's driving me crazy on eating whatever I want. I'm not used to this. I have got to start back on Tuesday with my woe so I don't drive myself insane and I can get down in the 80's. Here's to chicken rice and whatever veggie. Gonna see about new meals to keep my food interesting and not the same thing over and over. Let's get this weight off. I know I can. Can't isn't an option. One step at a time. One day at a time. One thing at a time.

One thing I have found thus far, and I'm still very new to this, is to not let the meals/snacks become mundane and bland. Experiment and don't be afraid to make a mistake. The bride and I are having a blast in the kitchen with this new WOE that I have adopted.
