Despite naughty food yesterday I appear to have lost a tiny bit. I suspect its still to take affect! Will try to do more excercise later today.

Ok - its now much later in the day - 8.45pm in fact. I did go for a nice long walk with friends today and also went on my cross-trainer for just over 15mins so that should help counter-balance some of the naughtiness of the weekend!

Its my birthday tomorrow though and my fiance has a nice meal planned so i'm going to have to try to fit more excercise into my days...
