I've been terrible the past few weeks, my dog had puppies, I've had a ton of coursework due and my epilepsy's decided it wants to make me spaz out a few times... so the diet had simply gone out the window! Back on it now though, I'm giving myself a week before I weigh-in again, it'd be far too depressing if I did it now!
