dinner in no time at all ... just added brown rice, tomatoes and sweetcorn to my freshly picked harvest. yum :-)

I pickled my beetroot last week and still have leeks, parsnips, peppers and corn on the cob waiting in the garden (as well as more courgettes and beans) I also did new potatoes and baking potatoes this year. for fruit I have raspberries, strawberries, apple's, gooseberries, rhubarb, blackcurrants and blueberries. I also have two chickens that lay every day. I am lucky that I have the space and enjoy spending time in my garden :-D
