On Tuesday I decided to fast, I was not sure how long I was going to do this as its been a very long time since I had fasted. It was difficult the second day, Wed, but I did have some broth. It seemed to make me more hungry so that wasn't a good idea but I also had broth on Thursday. Last night I was very very tired and decided today I would go ahead and break the fast. I learned a lot. I could tell when I was really hungry and not just bored. It was a lot of trips to the bathroom due to all the water I was drinking, but that is good to flush everything out. I had told my friend I was doing a fast and she said she didnt think she could do it. I think if I do another fast it would not include any broth. I think it messed with my hunger too much. So today I fixed bacon and eggs, used butter and some bacon grease for the eggs and nothing else for breakfast. So I am going to try to be more accountable for my diet and try not to cheat.
