It's going to be one of those weeks...Mother Nature is prepping for her monthly attack. Food Craving are getting stronger, mostly carbs and sugars. I need a way and time to relax and decompress. The Fitness Center at work is closed til "water damage" is repaired, so that's not an option this week. I feel so out of control and powerless this week.
