Getting ready to go to my husband's work Christmas party tonight. I am going to try and get a workout in before the party even though it is Friday. I am going to have 1-2 glasses of wine tops and try to drink a glass of water in between. My body just cannot handle being hung over. It is not good for my mind, body or spirit. Tomorrow we are going snowboarding all day. I am excited, it should be lots of fun. Then we plan to go out for dinner and a movie. Should be a good weekend.
