I just got a call from my doctor, telling me that I now have diabetes. This was very bad news because I have been following the SB diet so closely and never thought that I was anywhere near a diabetic. I just feel like crying.

Bullytrouble really said it all! My hubby is type 2 and he got off the pills just by changing our diets...it can be done. I think the reason its rare is just what bullytrouble said, people don't change their diets. Fast food and such is destroying our health and weights. Bullytrouble, you are right on!
