171 is what the scale at my doctors office read yesterday. Seven pounds gone in the last week. Seems like magic, but before I pat myself on the back too much I need to admit that a good 5 of those 7 pounds lost are water weight. The doctor prescribed diuretics are doing their job.
For the first time in my life I was not filled with embarrassment and apprehension stepping on the scale at the doctor's office.
Onward, one pound at a time!
