how do i read a label and figure out a foods net carbs? thanks ...sue

Sue....Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates - Fiber. You can also subtract the grams of sugar alcohols, if the product has any. Sugar alcohols can present problems, including a slowing or stalling of weight loss, in individuals sensitive to them, so it "may" be best to avoid them as much as possible, especially in the early stages. Once you've got everything else humming along smoothly, you can carefully introduce a small amount of SAs and see how they affect you.

Hey, quick tip here, In your profile settings you may click the box net carbs and this is figgured through the food entry. Net carbs are simply fiber grams subtracted from carb grams equals net carbs. Let me know if you can not find it.

Go to my account, scroll down to Food Nutricion Facts to track and check net carbs. Anything you search for will pull in the data, all you do is adjust portions.
